Anthony Lo-Giudice is a rising choreographer based in Newcastle whose works draw on neoclassical and Baroque influences to create visually striking work with theatrical elements. His work has been commissioned and presented in the UK, Italy, Spain and the Czech Republic, and in 2013, his work 'Distant Light' was commissioned by the Northern Sinfonia and performed at Sage Gateshead.
He will be presenting a new work for three dancers which he has created especially for this show, and we're very grateful that he and his dancers could take part.
This movement tonight has been formed from an ongoing research and development period of choreographer Anthony Lo-Giudice, supported by Arts Council England and Dance City, which will lead Anthony into 2015 working alongside some of the continent's most striking choreographers and shaping the development of his craft and company into the future.
Bodies move in space, connecting at intervals on the theme of euphoria.
